White Chocolate Peppermint Puff Corn Recipe

Ingredients

2 packages (3.5 oz each) butter flavored puff corn
1 package vanilla flavored almond bark
30 - 40 peppermint candies (pulsed to a loose powder)

Directions

Step 1: Pulse peppermint candies in a food processor (or crush and roll out with a rolling pin) to a powder. It’s OK to have small chunks in the powder.

Step 2: In a double boiler, melt the vanilla almond bark until fully melted and smooth, stirring often and being careful not to scorch.

Step 3: In a large bowl pour the melted almond bark over the puff corn. While the melted almond bark is still warm, sprinkle the peppermint over it.

Step 4: Mix well. Spread out the puff corn on parchment paper or wax paper, separate the pieces that stick together and allow to dry before storing.
