Pineapple Whip Recipe

Need a quick, light but impressive, last-minute dessert idea? Here’s a fantastic option to give angel food cake a little tropical flair. Cover it in pineapple whip! It’s a sweet and sour topping that will impress guests with very little effort!

Ingredients

Angel food cake slices (can be purchased in most stores and bakeries)
1 envelope vanilla instant pudding powder
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 small container Cool Whip
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Fresh berries (optional)

Directions

Combine pudding powder and crushed pineapple. Then, add Cool Whip with sugar and vanilla, and mix by hand, until combined.

Top a slice of angel food cake with topping and garnish with fresh berries (if chosen) and serve.
