Cheesy Chili Mac Recipe
Got leftover chili in the freezer? Do something different with it!
Ingredients (Serves 4)
2 c. chili
2 c. cooked pasta (like macaroni or radiatori, a.k.a. “radiator pasta” as shown here)
1 c. shredded Colby-jack cheese
1/4 c. cream or milk
Optional: Sour cream and sliced green onion for garnish
Directions
Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions until tender, reserve 1/2 c. of pasta water for later use and drain.
Step 2: Return pasta to pot, pour in chili, pasta water, cream or milk and cheese.
Step 3: Stir and heat through.
Step 4: Serve with optional sour cream and sliced onion. Easy!!
